THE SCHOOL

We thank God for your prayers and supports for Messiah Mission Institute.   Thank God that the 94 senior students that sat for the West African Examination Council all passed.

Due to the State of Emergency and the Ebola outbreak, the schools have been closed for the past three months.  The President has partially lifted the State of Emergency and schools are preparing for reopening.

During the State of emergency, many breadwinners of families lost their jobs, especially private school teachers and administrators.

Due to closings of schools, private institutions, local businesses, and NGOs, organizations were unable to pay their employees.  Messiah Mission Institute, is indebted to our teachers for three months pay.  Please, pray with us for the funds.

Thank God that the state of emergency is now partially lifted and the President is requesting that all schools prepare for reopening for the 2014/2015 school years.

Messiah Mission Institute is preparing for the reopening of the school but we are in need of your prayers and support for the following items:

Half payment for administrators and instructional staff…

 Repair of classrooms and offices…

Repair of chairs and chalkboards…

 One Generator 5 KVA…

Repair of buildings (roof, paint and floors)…

Purchase of new textbooks for teachers use…

Instructional materials ( notebooks, chalks, dusters, roll books)…

Messiah has always been the most talk about high school in the Morris farm community…
Hi Mr. Reed. I’m a 2008-2009 graduate of the Messiah Missions For Africa high school.   I luv this institution becoz it me who I’m today.  Messiah has always been the most talk about high school in the Morris farm community.   More to this, when I came from the st. Martin’s catholic high school.   It was little bit difficult for me to adopt the messiah school system.   And I said to myself that you need to stand like a man becoz you’re in a new dispensation with different kind of people. God allow me to overcame my challenges.   I really enjoy my stay at messiah.   I like to appreciate Rev. David K. Ballah for the level of hard work he continue to show.   He is a hard working man ready at all time to abet his people.   His aims is to provide quality education to his people of Liberia not just messiah alone.   I trust him so much becoz he stand for what he say.   It has always been wish to chat with you. May God wishly bless you and your household…
